Review by hotel critic
Nestled in a quaint part of Oberrhein, this hotel exemplifies a solid blend of value and comfort. Upon arrival, we received a super friendly welcome that made us feel right at home-especially helpful when we rolled in after 2 am. The owner generously assisted with our bikes, providing secure storage, and even offered tips on local dining. The family room, a convenient setup of two interconnected spaces, was practical for our needs. Clean beds and a powerful shower were much appreciated, although I admit we hardly used the balcony due to our packed schedule. What truly stood out was the breakfast: a vast selection featuring fresh fruit, bread, cheese, and more. Although the breakfast is an additional cost, it's worth it for a nourishing start to your day. The location is well within walking distance to various restaurants, and parking was hassle-free. The hotel strikes a fine balance between luxury and practicality-ideal for family adventures and stays that don't break the bank. If you're considering this spot, factoring in the additional breakfast cost is wise for budgeting.
